James is a real estate consultant with 15 years experience working in both commercial and residential sectors as a valuer, developer and broker.

Previously, he worked at CBRE & JLL with experience ranging from strategic portfolio analysis to valuation advisory services for institutional and private clients across all real estate sectors.

He is a Chartered Surveyor and former member of the Urban Land Institute Sustainability Council. He completed an MSc in Real Estate from Reading University & a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Leeds.

James is passionate advocate for sustainability and wellness in the built environment.

Antonia is a digital media advisor, strategist and content creator having set up and run successful digital businesses for a range of international clients over the past 14 years. Her experience covers a range of areas from website and video production to marketing campaigns and app development. She has an BA (Hons) in History from Oxford University.
